Subject: Overage Charges
Question: I received my invoice for my maintenance contract and I don’t understand what the ’overage charge’ is?
Answer: If at any time you have a question about an invoice, please don’t hesitate to call our Customer Interaction Center for assistance. Very often, your maintenance contract is for a “base amount” of copies/prints and then if you exceed that amount during the “contracted period”(yearly, monthly, quarterly, etc.), you are charged for each copy/print you make over that “base amount”. For example, if you have an annual contract for 100,000 copies. At the end of the “contracted period” we get a meter reading from you that indicate you ran 105,000 copies. You are then billed for the “base amount” which was 100,000 copies and the “overage” which was 5,000 copies.

Question: Do you accept credit cards for payment of my invoice?
Answer: Yes, we do. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. In addition, we also can accept ACH and EFT by special arrangement.
